I recently stayed at the charming Paraiso Orocay Lodge for a few nights during my trip to Costa Rica. The purpose of my visit was to explore the Orosi valley and visit the Irazu volcano, and the location of the lodge was perfect for this. The views from the hotel grounds were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. One of the highlights was the hot water in the showers, which can be a rarity in Costa Rica. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made for a restful stay, and the home cooked food was delicious. Additionally, the lodge had secure parking, which was a great convenience for us. I had a wonderful experience at Paraiso Orocay Lodge and would highly recommend it.

The place boasts a stunning view of the area that is hard to beat. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, as well as helpful in addressing our needs and questions. We relished eating their home-cooked food that was prepared with care. Notably, the lodging had secure parking facilities and was located at a quiet and peaceful location.
We were disappointed with the room's condition and comfort, which impacted our overall experience somewhat.
